The European Space Agency (ESA) has awarded CGI Inc. (NYSE:GIB) a development contract for a new wildfire mapping service that combines advances in Earth Observation (EO), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing to help better map and monitor the impact of wildfires.
